Whenever I hear a couple talk about when they met, if they say it was love at first sight, I just laugh in the back of my head. In my opinion, two people cannot fall for each other just by looking at each other’s appearances.
When a guy likes a girl just by looking at her, he’s not in love; instead, one of three things are going on his mind:
1. Most guys look at the girl they like and think how it would feel when he bangs her in bed. It’s true, but this doesn’t apply to all guys, usually the ones who are players.
2. Some guys look at a pretty girl and think the girl is the most beautiful girl in the world. In this moment, the guy admires the girl’s beauty and he stares at her over and over again because he is mesmerized by her beauty.
3. The third type is the rarest type of all, and very rare guys will think this. When a guy looks at a girl he likes, he’ll think what it’ll be like to have a life with her, such as growing old and raising kids with her.
The three things above are called infatuation, which is temporary passion. A guy who is infatuated with a girl does not love the girl, but shows interest in her.
A guy and girl fall in love with each other after getting to know each other. It may take weeks to months, but eventually they will fall for each other. When a girl and a guy talk to each other often, they get to know about each other’s interests and goals. In a slow process, the fire of love evolves.
So, remember that there is no such thing as love at first sight, only infatuation at first sight. However, eventually the infatuation grows to be love.
