Well, it is said that the Fridays Eid is unlucky for the rulers. Many scholars rejected this idea and declared the Fridays Eids to be the pious ones. However we know that in the history of Pakistani governments, particularly in Ayub Khan’s regime, rulers have been actually postponing the Eid with the intention that it should not fall on Fridays because of a superstitious belief that the Eids on Fridays are unlucky for rulers.

And ofcourse I am not suggesting the confirmation of moon sighting spot fixing. Obviously chances are there that the moon is actually not sighted. I just wish that we have a united Eid this time.

I’ll be reporting about Ramadan in Pakistan, India, Central Asia, Australia, Americas, European Union tomorrow as the sighting of moon will be observed tomorrow.

Ramadan will thus begin on Saturday, said Minister Maftuh Basyuni.

“We try to minimize differences between our people, however if that does happen I hope that won’t affect our unity,” Maftuh said.

Team member Cecep Nurwaenda said watchers were arrayed at nine points across the archipelago, including at the Boscha Observatory near Bandung, West Java.

“We have a team in each region to observe the moon very closely,” he said.

Throughout the year, I’ve learned many things, I achieved many things, in short I got myself be heard and my opinion matters now. The Secretary of Sindh’s Forest and Wildlife department, Mushtaq Memon, said that this plantation is done exactly according to the rules and regulations of Guinness World Records, so it will immediately get us the world record.

So you see the Pakistani potential in every walk of life? It is just that it’s ruined by the corruptest and traitors politicians of all times.

This festival mean a lot to me, I, along with my friends and family, have been very enthusiasticly celebrating this event since my childhood. Buying kites and strings, music systems, Barbeque, lighting on Basant night, decorating rooftops, were the things which I used to do energeticly.

This time, my cousins and friends kept on asking to go with them and to celebrate the Spring! But how could I go? half of my nation was on the street to fight for Judiciary and in the events of rising crises, how could I dance, fly kites and celebrate a festival? So I didn’t go and thought it’s better to do my job of live coverage of the events that were taking place.

By posting this writeup, I didn’t mean to glorify myself, I only did what was my responsibility. And this post is intended to give some coverage to the Basant (The Spring season festival). Till yesterday evening, I was kinda sad that Basant is over and I didn’t participate but the real over-joy for me started when it was announced on TV that Judiciary is going to be restored! honestly.
