Perhaps one of the most resilient phones ever made, Nokia 3310, is being relaunched at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 events in a few days. Reportedly, the relaunched phones will retain all its original features and will be positioned as a second phone a person can have besides a smartphone. It is needless to say the greater privacy will return to customers if it attracts as many customer as it did when it was first launched in 2000 — seventeen years ago.

Nokia 3310 has been the phone that brought out nostalgia for all of us, including me. It was my first GSM phone that I got in the year 2004 after all and boy did I use to love it! Monotone ringtones, Snake II game, 10 reminders and what not, all of it is about to become real again.

Ever since Microsoft took over the smartphone operations of Nokia, the feature phones are still being sold under Nokia brand by the HMD Global, a Finnish company that bought rights to the name. As per the unconfirmed sources the Nokia 3310 will be priced at equivalent of PKR 6000 and will include warranty and support.
